Google Forms

Google Forms is a versatile online tool that lets you create surveys, questionnaires, and polls. You can create a new survey and edit it with others at the same time.

You can choose from a variety of pre-made themes or create your own.

You can also add images, videos, and other multimedia.

Forms is free with a Google account.

To create a new survey in Google Forms, go to forms.google.com and click the New Form button.

Enter a title for your survey and click the Create button.

The survey editor will open.

To add a question, click the Add Question button.

Enter a question and click the Add button.

You can add a variety of question types, including text, multiple choice, check boxes, and scale.

To add a theme, click the Themes button.

Select a theme and click the Apply button.

To add multimedia, click the Add button.

Select a type of multimedia and click the Add button.

To share your survey, click the Share button.

Copy the link and send it to your survey participants.

To view responses, click the Responses tab.

You can view responses in a variety of formats, including table, chart, and map.

To edit a survey, click the Edit button.

Make the changes you want and click the Save button.

To delete a survey, click the Delete button.

Click the Delete Survey button to confirm.
