How Inbox When Ready works Inbox When Ready works by taking advantage of the "read later" feature that many email providers offer.

When you enable the extension, it will automatically postpone messages in your inbox until you're ready to deal with them.

The extension will only postpone messages that are flagged as "important" or that come from people in your contact list.

It will also postpone messages that are part of a thread that you've already read.

Inbox When Ready is free to use, and there is no limit to the number of messages that you can postpone.

How to use Inbox When Ready To use Inbox When Ready, you first need to install the extension in Chrome.

You can find it on the Chrome Web Store.

Once you've installed the extension, you need to enable it.

To do this, open your Gmail or Google Inbox account and click on the Inbox When Ready icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, click on the "Enable" button.

Inbox When Ready will now start postponing messages in your inbox.

You can see a list of all the messages that have been postponed by clicking on the Inbox When Ready icon and then selecting "Pending messages." To view a message that's been postponed, click on the "View" button.

How to customize Inbox When Ready Inbox When Ready offers a number of customization options that allow you to tailor the extension to your needs.

To customize Inbox When Ready, open your Gmail or Google Inbox account and click on the Inbox When Ready icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, click on the "Settings" button.

You can now customize the following settings: -Delay messages: This setting allows you to choose how long you want to postpone messages.

You can choose from 1 minute to 24 hours. -Importance threshold: This setting allows you to choose how important a message needs to be before it's postponed.

You can choose from "Low," "Normal," or "High." -Contact list: This setting allows you to choose which contacts' messages are automatically postponed. -Threads: This setting allows you to choose which threads' messages are automatically postponed.
